We’ve challenged our friend Lulu to share with us her favourite recipe. Here’s the one she chose… (we’re drooling!)

You will need:
4 bananas
100g frozen raspberries
30g vegan berry protein
vanilla

Method
Use ripe bananas.Peel the bananas and cut them.Put the bananas in a freezer bag.Freeze the banana pieces for at least 2 hours, ideally overnight.Blend the frozen banana pieces in a powerful blender.Watch the magic happen! You’ll see the mixture shift from blended banana to creamy, soft-serve ice cream texture.Add the protein powder, vanilla and the raspberries and blend it again.Put it in a bowl or a jar and add some beautiful toppings (Coconut flakes, raspberries, strawberries, cacao nibs,…)
