You will need:
200gr flour (if you use whole wheat flour you have to use 2 Tbsp more coconut milk)
50gr cacao powder
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon
100ml chocolate rice milk
100ml coconut milk
a pinch of salt
vegan whipped cream (I prefer coconut whipped cream)

Preheat your oven to 180°C. Mix all dry ingredients together.
Mix all wet ingredients. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ones and mix it.
Pour the dough in a non stick muffin pan.
Bake it for 30 minutes (depending on your oven).
Let it cool down.
Put some whipped cream on top and add the oreos, shredded coconut and cacao nibs.
